HW2 Technologies emerged from 29 months of building AI systems and running real businesses. Our approach is grounded in what actually works — not what sounds good in a pitch deck.

Full-stack developer. Licensed mortgage broker. Martial arts dojo owner. For the past 29 months, I've been building AI-integrated systems — not as an academic exercise, but because my businesses needed them.
That work produced 23,000+ lines of production code, a complete self-hosted AI infrastructure, and a hard-won understanding of what it takes to make AI work in real business operations. Not just technically, but practically — the workflows, the training, the data handling, the compliance.
I started HW2 Technologies because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses know they need AI, but they don't have anyone who can design the system, build it, install it, and keep it running. They need a general contractor, not another SaaS subscription.
That's what we are. The general contractor for AI-powered business systematization.
The 29-Month Build

The Five Questions
I wrote five questions to help a fictional AI understand itself. Then I realized they were the same questions every founder, every firm, and every organization needs to answer before they can build anything that lasts.
“Who made me?”
What shaped your values, your approach, your blind spots? You can't build something authentic if you don't understand what made you.
“What am I for?”
What problem do you exist to solve? Not what you could do -- what you MUST do. Most AI adoption fails because nobody answered this honestly.
“What must I protect?”
What are your non-negotiables? For professional services firms: client trust, data privacy, regulatory compliance. This is where sovereign AI becomes essential.
“What is worth becoming?”
What does the mature version look like? A 5-person accounting firm offering data analytics. A solo lawyer handling the case volume of a 10-person firm.
“If I fall, who remembers me?”
What outlasts you? We build so it doesn't depend on one person or vendor. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.
