HW2 Technologies provides AI systems integration, business systematization, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) between HW2 and the client.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of services. All engagements commence only upon execution of a written agreement.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

HW2 takes confidentiality seriously. Any client information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Formal confidentiality obligations for client engagements are governed by the applicable Service Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• HW2 Technologies Inc. provides this website “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• HW2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our services.
• For consulting engagements, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI and technology systems involve inherent uncertainty and risk. While HW2 Technologies endeavours to deliver high-quality work, we make no guarantee that AI systems will perform perfectly in all circumstances, that business outcomes will meet specific targets, or that technology solutions will be free from defects. Our consulting advice is provided in good faith based on information available at the time and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HW2 Technologies Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
